利用規約

Terms of service

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、当施設（以下「本施設」）の利用に関し、ゲスト（宿泊者）と本施設の事業者（以下「運営者」）との権利義務を定めるものです。本施設の予約完了をもって、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

This Accommodation Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) define the rights and obligations between the guest (“Guest”) and the operator of the property (“Operator”) regarding the use of this accommodation facility (“the Facility”). By completing a reservation for the Facility, the Guest is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

第1条（適用範囲）

  1. 本規約は、宿泊契約およびこれに関連する一切の関係に適用されます。
  2. 運営者は、旅館業法その他関係法令および自治体条例に基づき本施設を運営します。

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

  1. These Terms apply to all accommodation contracts and any related agreements.
  2. The Operator manages the property in accordance with the Hotel Business Act of Japan and all relevant laws and local regulations.

第2条（宿泊契約の成立）

  1. 宿泊契約は、ゲストが予約を行い、運営者がこれを承認した時点で成立します。
  2. 運営者は、以下の場合に予約をお断りまたは取消すことがあります。
    （1）予約情報に虚偽がある場合
    （2）他者への迷惑が想定される場合
    （3）法令・条例に反するおそれがある場合
    （4）反社会的勢力等による利用と認められる場合

Article 2 (Establishment of the Accommodation Contract)

  1. The accommodation contract is established when the Guest makes a reservation and the Operator confirms it.
  2. The Operator may refuse or cancel a reservation if:
    (1) False or inaccurate information is provided
    (2) The Guest is expected to cause disturbance to others
    (3) The use is likely to violate laws or regulations
    (4) The Guest is identified as part of anti-social groups or related parties

第3条（チェックイン・チェックアウト）

チェックイン：15時〜18時
チェックアウト：10時
無連絡でチェックイン時間を過ぎた場合、運営者は予約を無効とみなすことがあります。
無連絡でチェックアウト時間を過ぎた場合、運営者は追加料金を請求することがあります。

Article 3 (Check-in / Check-out)

Check-in: 15:00–18:00
Check-out: 10:00 If the Guest arrives after the check-in time without prior notice, the reservation may be considered invalid.
If the Guest checks out late without notice, an additional fee may be charged.

第4条（宿泊者名簿について）

旅館業法に基づき、運営者は宿泊者全員の 氏名・住所・電話番号・国籍・旅券番号（外国籍の場合） の記載を求めます。
ゲストは、運営者が事前に送付するチェックインURLより必要事項を記載するものとします。

Article 4 (Guest Registration)

In accordance with the Hotel Business Act, all Guests must provide their name, address, phone number, nationality, and passport number (for non-Japanese guests).
Guests shall enter the required information using the check-in URL provided in advance.

第5条（禁止事項）

  1. ゲストは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
    （1）大声・パーティ等、近隣住民へ迷惑を及ぼす行為
    （2）施設内外での喫煙（指定場所以外）
    （3）定員超過での宿泊、無断宿泊
    （4）許可なく火器・危険物を持ち込む行為
    （5）ペットの無断同伴
    （6）備品・建物の損壊行為
    （7）ゴミの放置、悪臭を発する行為
    （8）ドローン等の無断使用
    （9）当施設内で撮影された写真等を許可なく営業上の目的で公にすること
    （10）その他、運営者が不適当と判断する行為
  2. 運営者は違反確認時、即時退去または特別清掃費・損害賠償を請求する場合があります。

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

  1. Guests must not engage in the following activities:
    (1) Loud noise, parties, or any behavior that disturbs neighbors
    (2) Smoking inside or outside the property except in designated areas
    (3) Exceeding the maximum number of guests or allowing unregistered overnight stays
    (4) Bringing fire hazards or dangerous items without permission
    (5) Bringing pets without permission
    (6) Damaging, destroying, or vandalizing the building or equipment
    (7) Leaving garbage or causing foul odors
    (8) Using drones or similar devices without permission
    (9) Publishing photos taken on the property for commercial purposes without permission
    (10) Any other act deemed inappropriate by the Operator
  2. If violations are confirmed, the Operator may require immediate eviction and/or charge special cleaning fees or compensation.

第6条（料金と支払）

宿泊料金は予約時点で提示された金額とします。
支払い方法は運営者が定めるものに従うものとします。
ゲスト都合のキャンセルには運営者のキャンセルポリシーを適用します。
滞在中にゲスト都合で利用を中止される場合、返金はできません。

Article 6 (Fees and Payment)

Accommodation fees follow the price presented at the time of reservation.
Payments must be made using the method designated by the Operator.
Cancellations follow the cancellation policy set by the Operator.
If the Guest shortens their stay after arrival for personal reasons, no refunds will be issued.

第7条（ハウスルールの遵守）

ゲストは、本規約とは別に定めるハウスルールを遵守するものとします。

Article 7 (House Rules)

The Guest must comply with the House Rules provided separately from these Terms.

第8条（損害賠償）

ゲストまたは同行者が施設や備品を損壊・紛失した場合、実費を請求します。
喫煙が発覚した場合、ハウスルールに記載する特別清掃費を請求します。
無断宿泊が発覚した場合、人数分の追加料金を請求します。

Article 8 (Compensation for Damages)

In the event that the Guest or any accompanying person damages or loses any part of the facility or its equipment, the actual cost of repair or replacement shall be charged.
In the event that smoking within the premises is detected, the special cleaning fee stipulated in the House Rules shall be charged.
In the event that unauthorized occupancy is confirmed, an additional fee corresponding to the number of unregistered guests shall be charged.

第9条（遺失物の取扱い）

  1. ゴミ箱内の物品・飲食物は遺棄物として即時処分します。
  2. 忘れ物は原則1か月保管後、処分します。
  3. 危険物・飲食物は即時処分する場合があります。
  4. 返送は着払いとします。
  5. 保管・返送における損害について、故意または重大な過失がない限り責任を負いません。

Article 9 (Lost and Found Items)

  1. Items found in trash bins, food, and beverages are treated as abandoned and disposed of immediately.
  2. Other lost items are stored for one month before being discarded.
  3. Hazardous items and food may be disposed of immediately.
  4. Returning lost items will be at the Guest’s expense (cash on delivery).
  5. The Operator is not responsible for damage unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

第10条（当施設の責任および免責）

  1. 運営者は責めに帰すべき事由がある場合のみ損害を賠償します。
  2. 運営者は旅館賠償責任保険に加入しています。
  3. 運営者の責による不提供の場合は全額返金します。
  4. 天災・停電等、運営者の責にない場合は補償しません。
  5. 故意または重大な過失がない限り補償は行いません。

Article 10 (Liability of the Operator)

  1. The Operator will compensate for damages only when caused by the Operator’s negligence.
  2. The Operator carries liability insurance for lodging facilities.
  3. If accommodation cannot be provided due to the Operator’s fault, the full fee will be refunded.
  4. No compensation is provided for natural disasters, power outages, or causes beyond the Operator’s control.
  5. No compensation will be provided unless due to intent or gross negligence.

第11条（免責事項）

  1. 貴重品・所持品の盗難について運営者は責任を負いません。
  2. 通信障害の品質保証は行いません。
  3. ゲスト同士のトラブルについて責任を負いません。

Article 11 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Operator is not responsible for theft or loss of valuables or belongings.
  2. The Operator does not guarantee the quality of internet or communication services.
  3. The Operator is not responsible for disputes between Guests.

第12条（契約の解除）

以下の場合、返金なしで契約を解除し退去を求めることがあります。

  1. 規約違反
  2. 他者への迷惑行為
  3. 不適切な利用目的
  4. 法令違反

Article 12 (Termination of Contract)

The Operator may terminate the contract without refund if:

  1. The Guest violates the Terms
  2. The Guest disturbs others
  3. The Guest uses the property for inappropriate purposes
  4. The Guest engages in unlawful activities

第13条（個人情報の取扱い）

運営者は宿泊者名簿の記載内容を適切に管理し、宿泊管理以外の目的で使用しません。

Article 13 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Operator manages personal information appropriately and uses it only for accommodation purposes.

第14条（準拠法）

本規約は日本法に準拠します。

Article 14 (Governing Law)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

附則

本規約は、2025年11月25日より施行します。

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms shall take effect as of November 25, 2025.
